Jose Manuel Diaz-Torres (pictured above) is wanted for a murder that occurred at 9625 Webb Chapel Rd on November 18, 2017, at approximately 3:06 p.m. Mr. Diaz-Torres is described as a 32 year old Latin male driving a 2007 4 door Maroon Ford Fusion with Texas license plate JGM5716.

Update: November 21, 2017 at 11:45 a.m.:

On Saturday November 18, 2017, Dallas police responded to a shooting call at 9625 Webb Chapel Road  at approximately 3:07 p.m. Upon officers arrival they located a L/M 38 deceased from a gunshot wound. There were several people at the location during the argument between the victim the shooting suspect just prior to the actual shooting offense. The Dallas Police Department is seeking the assistance from the community in identifying the shooting suspect. He is described as a Hispanic male 6 tall or slightly taller in his late 20s early 30s. Wearing dark clothing and a ball cap. 

The video shows that the suspect MAY be wearing a FAKE beard to disguise his identity. His nickname could be “CHEPE” The sketch is based on a witness’s observations.

On November 18, 2017, at approximately 3:07 p.m., Dallas police responded to a shooting call at 9625 Webb Chapel Road. Upon officers arrival they discovered the victim, an unidentified L/M deceased from a gunshot wound. The shooting occurred in a crowded strip mall parking lot where there were several people standing in the vicinity.
