Update: Mr. Ruiz has been located and is safe.

On Monday, December 18, 2017, at approximately 5:00 p.m., Robert Ruiz left in a white Chevrolet Tahoe license plate #FXR-5264. Mr. Ruiz is 18 years old and may be a danger to himself. Mr. Ruiz was last seen near the 1800 block of El Capitan Drive. Mr. Ruiz is a Latin male and is 18  years old. He is 5’8, has black hair, brown eyes, a dark colored beard, and weighs 215 lbs. He was last seen wearing a black hoodie, blue sweatpants,  and white shoes.
