On January 3, 2017, at approximately 11:28p.m., Dallas Police responded to a call at 3303 Pine St regarding a deceased male at the location. Upon officer’s arrival, they discovered victim Tiera Kinnard, a Black male 31 – years old deceased from a gunshot wound.
