On December 30, 2017, the victim, Cathy Herrera, was found murdered in an alley way in the 10700 block of Water Oaks Drive. She was last seen on December 29, 2017 at about 10:30 p.m. at the Bruton Beer and Wine Store, near Bruton Road and Masters. The victim was last seen wearing a blue jacket, black pants, and red shoes.
