The Dallas Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating Mr. Alfred Avina. 

Mr. Avina was last seen on February 03, 2018 at about 9:00 a.m., at 1100 N. Justin Ave in Dallas, TX. Alfred is a 53 year old Latin male, he is 6’01” and weighs 340 lbs., he has black hair with brown eyes. Mr. Avina has one leg, carries an oxygen tank for respiration, and was last seen in a black/red electric wheelchair. He may be in need of medical assistance.
