The Dallas Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating critical missing person Tavish Welsh.

On February 5, 2018, at about 8:00 a.m., Tavish Welsh was last seen on foot in the 9500 block of Forest Lane. Mr. Welsh is described as a 15-year-old White male with brown hair and blue eyes. He is 5’8” tall and weighs about 175 pounds.   Tavish was last seen wearing a green digital camo jacket, blue jeans, and a black back pack.  Tavish Welsh has a diminished mental capacity and may be in need of medical assistance.
