Community Awareness Bulletin

On Sunday February 11, 2018 at approximately 12:00 am the victim was walking her dog in the 3900 block of McKinney Avenue when she was approached by two Black male juveniles between 13 and 15 years of age and approximately 5’5 and 5’7. One of the suspects pushed her to the ground while the other cut her with a box cutter on her arms, legs and torso. The victim also stated she was groped by the suspects during this offense. The suspects took the victim’s purse and fled the location on foot.

The first suspect is described as a black male 13-15 yrs old, thin build wearing black pants, black hoodie (turned inside out), black Jordan tennis shoes, Beats by Dre headphones (red in color), J-I-C, tattooed under is left eye. He was armed with the box cutter. The second suspect is described as a black male 13-15 years old, 5’5, thin build, last seen wearing black pants, black hoodie (turned inside out), and black tennis shoes.

The Dallas Police Department Robbery Unit is conducting the follow-up investigation. The Dallas Police Department asks that all citizens remain vigilant of their surroundings at all times.
