Critical Missing Person Arthur Lee Simms has been located at the Medical Examiner s office deceased.  Mr. Simms has been in their possession for several days but could not be identified until today.  There does not appear to be any foul play.

The Dallas Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance to help locate a critical missing 60-year-old male.

On February 15, 2018, at about 5:00 p.m., Arthur Lee Simms was last seen in the 6300 block of Teague Drive. Mr. Simms has an amputated leg and is in a purple and black wheelchair. Mr. Simms is a black Male 60 years old. He is 5’5’ and weighs 160 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. Arthur Lee Simms was last seen wearing a gray hoodie and camo pants. Mr. Simms may be confused and in need of medical assistance.
