The Dallas Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating Critical Missing Person Mitchell Garrett.  On Tuesday, February 13, 2018, Mr. Garrett left on foot following a disturbance.  He has not been seen or heard from since.  Mr. Garrett is diagnosed with CHF and liver disease and may be in need of medical assistance.

Mr. Garrett is described as a 51 year old Black male, 5’08” and weighing 170 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.  He was last seen wearing black clothing.  If anyone knows his whereabouts, please contact the Dallas Police Department’s Missing Persons Unit at (214) 671-4268 or call 911.
