The Dallas Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating critical missing person, James Spencer. Mr. Spencer was last seen on March 1, 2018 at about 5:00 p.m. on foot in the 3100 block of Malcolm X Boulevard. He is described as a 78-year-old Black male, bald, with brown eyes. He is about 5’07” tall and weighs 155 pounds. Mr. Spencer was last seen wearing blue jeans, a white t-shirt, gray hoodie, and black hat. He has been diagnosed with Alzheimer’s and may be confused and in need of assistance. 

If anyone has any information about the location of James Spencer, they are asked to call 9-1-1 or the Dallas Police Department Missing Persons Unit at 214-671-4268.
