The Dallas Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating the above individual.

On March 06, 2018, at approximately 12:00 a.m., Tia Russell was last seen on foot at the 7200 block of Marvin D. Love Fwy, Dallas, Texas. Miss Russell was last seen wearing a black top with a gold New Orleans symbol, and black pants. Tia is described as a Black female, 15 years old, 5’05”, 150 lbs, with black hair, and brown eyes. There is a reason to believe that Tia Russell may pose a danger to herself or others.
