The Dallas Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating the above individual.

On  March 10, 2018,  at about 11:00 a.m., Ms. Carter was last seen in the 600 block of Shadyway Drive leaving on foot.  Gloria Jean Carter is described as a B/F 73 years old, 5’05”, 130lbs, with black braids, and brown eyes. Mrs. Carter was last seen wearing blue jeans, a black long sleeve sweater, black long sleeve wool coat, flat black shoes and may be confused and in need of assistance.
