On March 8, 2018, at approximately 7:45 p.m., complainant Keiobbi Ryan was shot at 465 S. RL Thornton Freeway, Dallas, Texas 75203. The victim was transported to an area hospital, where he died from his injuries. The individual pictured below was last seen with the victim while at the offense location. Homicide Detectives are asking for the public’s assistance to help identify the individual pictured above, and to provide any information they may have regarding the death of Keiobbi Ryan. On March 8, 2018, at approximately 7:50 PM, officers responded to a call for police regarding a shooting at 465 South R. L. Thornton Freeway. Upon arrival, officers observed the victim Keiobi Ryan, a Black Male 37 years old had been shot. The victim was transported to Methodist Hospital by Dallas Fire Rescue suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Mr. Ryan was later pronounced deceased. Homicide and Crime Scene responded to the location and interviewed witnesses at the scene who described the suspect as a Black male 30-35 years old, who fled the location on foot. This offense was documented on case number 049655-2018.
