ARREST MADE: Information Needed in Homicide Investigation – 4150 North Central Expressway

Fox 4 News and many concerned citizens assisted in helping Detective White identify Michael Ryan Warner, a 37-year-old White male, as the person responsible for shooting Francisco Munoz Jr.  With the assistance of the Dallas Fugitive Unit and the U.S. Marshal North Texas Fugitive Task Force, Warner was located and  arrested in Bedford, Texas.  He was read his Miranda rights and requested to remain silent.  He was placed in jail for the murder of Francisco Munoz Jr.  His bond is set at $200,000.00.

The Dallas Police Homicide Unit is seeking assistance in identifying the suspect in this video armed with a handgun.

On March 10, 2018 at approximately 10:54 p.m., Dallas police were called to the Best Western Cityplace Inn located at 4150 North Central Expressway regarding an active shooter.  The victim, Francisco Munoz, a Latin male 22-years-old was found shot in the parking lot.  He was transported to an area hospital where he died from his injuries.
