Victoria Smoot has been located and is safe.

The Dallas Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating a critical missing person Victoria Smoot.

Victoria Smoot was last seen June 3, 2018 at about 7:30 p.m., in the 8100 block of North Stemmons Freeway driving a red 2005 Ford Fusion with unknown license plate.  Ms. Smoot is described as a 24-year-old, White female with blonde hair and brown eyes.  She is 5’2” tall and weighs 210 pounds. Victoria was wearing a gray shirt and gray pants. Victoria Smoot may be a danger to herself.
