The Dallas Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating critical missing person, James Russell. He was last seen on June 18, 2018 at about 7:30 a.m. near the 2200 block of Hudspeth Avenue. Mr. Russell may be confused and in need of assistance.
He is described as a 75-year-old White male with short salt/pepper hair and brown eyes. He is 6’0” tall and weighs about 200 pounds, and last seen wearing a white shirt, blue jeans, black and green tennis shoes.
The Dallas Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating the above individual. Persons with information are asked to call the Police Department at 911 or (214) 671-4268.
