On June 27, 2018, at 6:20 a.m., a female victim reported being followed by a Latin male suspect driving a red Dodge Ram in the 11600 block of Welch Road near Forest Lane. The victim noticed the Latin male suspect was not wearing any pants and was exposing himself. The suspect covered his face and was wearing a bright yellow shirt.

On June 28, 2018, at about 8:00 a.m., another female victim reported that the same Latin male, also driving a Red Dodge Ram Pickup, pulled up next to her wearing a bright yellow construction shirt with no pants on. The suspect covered his face and exposed himself.

The suspect is described as a Latin male, early to mid 30’s with short hair. The vehicle that he is driving is a red Dodge Ram 1500 (possibly between 2001-2005 models).  The right side of the vehicle has yellow paint transfer, a small aftermarket “H” emblem and aftermarket vent.  There is a possible partial license plate with the letters “JW” or “WJ”.
