The Dallas Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating critical missing person Clifford Carpenter.
Mr. Carpenter was last seen On August 08, 2018, at about 6:00 p.m., in the 8500 block of Midpark Road. Mr. Carpenter may be a danger to himself and in need of assistance. Mr. Carpenter is described as a W/M/54, 5’10” tall, 160 lbs with brown hair and hazel eyes last seen leaving the area on foot wearing a blue and white shirt, blue jean shorts, and a blue backpack.
