Updated on August 15, 2018 at 9:30 p.m., Ms. Penni Martinez has been located and is safe.

The Dallas Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating a critical missing person Penni Martinez.

Penni Martinez was last seen August 13, 2018 at about 4:50 p.m., in the 1000 block of Masters Drive.  Penni is described as a 35-year-old, Latin Female with brown hair and brown eyes.  She is 5’7” tall and weighs 165 pounds. Ms. Martinez was wearing a black tank top, black shorts and white and red shoes. Ms. Penni may be a danger to herself and in need of assistance.
