Suspects Arrested for Aggravated Kidnapping

On August 14, 2018 at about 9:30 p.m., officers responded to an Aggravated Kidnapping call in the 4100 block of North Central Service Road and North Carroll Avenue. The victim stated that the known suspect, Concepcion Rosales- Zuniga, observed her inside the Walgreens located at 5001 Ross Avenue.  The suspect grabbed her while inside the Walgreens, brandish and gun in his waist, and forced her to exit.  The suspect forced her into a vehicle in the parking lot of the Walgreens. 

The vehicle was occupied by accomplice, Vincente Parra, who was the driver and accomplice, Celia Jaimes, who was the front passenger. The suspect pushed the victim in the backseat of the vehicle, handed the gun to accomplice Celia Jaimes, who then pointed the gun at the victim. The victim stated suspect Rosales-Zuniga back slapped her in the face multiple times. Witnesses who were waiting inside their car for the victim to come out of the Walgreens, observed the victim being pushed into the vehicle and called for police.   Witnesses followed the suspect vehicle to northbound Central Service Road at Carroll and flagged down officers.  Officers conducted a felony traffic stop and took the suspect and the accomplices in custody. 

The victim, the three suspects and the two witnesses were transported to Dallas Police Headquarters where interviews were performed by detectives.  Suspect Concepcion Rosales-Zuniga, accomplice Vincente Parra and accomplice Celia Jaimes were arrested for Aggravated Kidnapping and transported to Lew Sterrett Jail. This offense has been documented on case number 179678-2018.
