An adult female was walking alone when she was approached near the 2900 block of Live Oak Street at Liberty Street by a newer model, gray, 4-door Hyundai. The vehicle was occupied by a black male suspect, wearing a light colored long sleeve shirt, dark baseball cap, sunglasses and appeared to have gold teeth. The suspect lured the victim to his vehicle with a question and exposed himself. The right front plastic wheel cover appears to be damaged.
