UPDATE 8/20/2018 @ 9:15 PM: Mr. Eli Powers has been located and is safe.

The Dallas Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating a critical missing male.

On August 20, 2018, at about  1:00 p.m.,  Eli Powers was last seen on foot in the 7800 block of Querida Lane. Mr. Powers  is a White male, 21 years old, 6 feet tall, weighs 170 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes. He was last seen wearing a black shirt with a Public Enemy logo, and green shorts. Eli Powers may be a danger to himself and in need of assistance.
