On October 12, 2018, at approximately 4:20 a.m., the victim observed suspects stealing tools from his vehicle located in the 9800 block of Dale Crest Drive. When the victim and a witness confronted the suspects, one of the suspects sprayed them with pepper spray and then fled the location with the victim’s property. The victim and witness were still attempting to detain the second suspect when the Dallas Police Department’s Crime Response Team (CRT) elements arrived and took the suspect into custody.  CRT officers canvased the area and were able to locate the second suspect and take her into custody.  Both suspects were charged with Aggravated Robbery. The property was recovered and released back to the victim.  Another outstanding catch and a “Job well done” CRT!!!
