UPDATE 10/15/2018 @ 5:00 PM: Critical Missing Person Phillips as been located.  She is currently in the ICU at an area hospital.  She was unconscious when she was brought in by Dallas Fire and Rescue.  She was located near the Fair Park area.  There does not appear to be any foul play at this time.

The Dallas Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating a critical missing person Michelle Denise Phillips.

Michelle Phillips was last seen October 14, 2018 at about 2:00 p.m., in the 1500 block of Oak Meadows Drive.  Michelle is described as a 50-year-old, Black Female with grey hair and brown eyes.  She is 5’9” tall and weighs 140 pounds. Mrs. Phillips was wearing a gray sweater, black pants and black tennis shoes. She may seem confused or appear disoriented.
