Help Us Identify The Auto Theft Suspects

The surveillance videos capture two separate auto theft offenses in the act.  The first video was captured at 8088 Park Lane on October 17, 2018, at 12 p.m. This video shows two suspects pulling up in a stolen GMC pickup and park next to the target vehicle. You can clearly see the suspect test the alarm by pushing on the vehicle. The suspect then gains entry from the back by forcing the window up. One suspect begins to look around while the other goes into the vehicle from the open back window. The suspect inside appears to trigger the alarm and quickly opens the hood so the other suspect is able to disconnect the sounding alarm. The suspect inside then starts the vehicle without the owners key. The two suspects work together and take less than 8 minutes to complete the theft. If you recognize the suspects or have any information on this offense, please contact Detective Fregeau at 214-670-7717.

The second video shows another auto theft that took place at 195 W. Davis Street on September 5, 2018, early in the morning.  The suspect vehicle is a red Ford Expedition with brown trim and a luggage rack. The suspect appears to be a Latin male in his early 20’s. One suspect is the lookout while the other suspect is taking 2017 GMC Silverado pickup just outside the camera view. This same vehicle is also captured on video taking a 2013 Cadillac Escalade few days before at 9101 N. Central Expressway. If you recognize this vehicle or any of the suspects please contact Auto Theft Detective Fregeau at  214-670-7717.
