The Dallas Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating a critical missing person, Charles Poulson.

Charles Poulson was last seen November 8, 2018 at about 12:00 p.m., he was last seen walking in the 3500 block of South Buckner Boulevard.  Charles is described as a 74-year-old, White Male with brown hair and blue eyes.  He is 6’3” tall and weighs 165 pounds. Mr. Poulson was wearing a red t-shirt and blue jeans. He may be confused and appear disoriented.
