
Suspect: Joseph Murrell Carmouche

Through the course of the investigation, it was determined that Joseph Murrell Carmouche, a 22-year old Black male, is responsible for the death of the victim, Quincy Sibley. On Tuesday, November 13, 2018, Joseph Murrell Carmouche was arrested in Irving, Texas for the murder of Quincy Sibley. He was transported to the Dallas Police Jack Evans Headquarters, where he declined to speak with investigators. Joseph Murrell Carmouche was taken to Lew Sterrett and has been charged with murder, a felony one. (Please see attached PCA)

On Wednesday, May 6, 2018, at about 4:40 p.m., Joseph Murrell Carmouche shot and killed the victim, Quincy Sibley. Joseph Carmouche is described as a B/M, 22 years old, 5’03” tall, 120 pounds and is wanted for murder. The suspect is known to hang around Samuell and Hunnicut.
