On today November 21, 2018 the Dallas Police Association presented citizen, Steve Mabry with an award for his heroic actions in helping Officer Lowman apprehend a suspect.  On last Friday officer Lowman had called for an officer assist while trying to arrest a combative suspect on Ross Avenue and Henderson Avenue.  Officer Lowman had help enroute but needed immediate assistance to arrest the suspect that’s when Steve jumped right in and assisted the officer with the arrest of a suspect.  Steve you are to be commended for your actions and we thank you for your help!
