On November 22, 2018, at approximately 9:45 a.m., Dallas Police responded to 4900 Lomax Drive regarding a shooting. Upon arrival, the victim, Felipe Hernandez, a 17-year-old Latin male, was found on the street with a gunshot wound. He was transported to Baylor Hospital by Dallas Fire and Rescue, where he later died. Immediately after the shooting, witnesses reported seeing three young black males running Eastbound on foot towards Skyline High School.
