Updated: On December 5, 2018 at 4:15  p.m., Taylor Clarence Simmons has been located and is safe.

The Dallas Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating Critical Missing Person Taylor Clarence Simmons.  Mr. Simmons was last seen on December 4, 2018, at about 10:00 p.m., walking away from the 3800 block of S. Tyler Street.  He is described as a Black male 24 years old, 6’05” 150 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.  Mr. Simmons was wearing a black leather jacket, black shirt, blue jeans and black & blue shoes.  He could possibly be a danger to himself or others.
