Arrest Made in Homicide Investigation – 1800 Block of Bickers Street

On Wednesday, December 05, 2018, at approximately 10:45 a.m., Eugene Webb, a 26-year old Black male, surrendered to investigators at the Dallas Police Jack Evans Headquarters.  During the interview with investigators, he admitted to shooting the juvenile victim.  Eugene Webb was taken to the Dallas County Lew Sterrett Jail and charged with manslaughter, a felony two.

On December 4, 2018, at approximately 6:10 p.m., the unidentified victim was shot inside the residence of 1855 Bickers Street. Dallas Police responded, along with Dallas Fire and Rescue, and the victim was pronounced deceased at the scene. Through the course of the investigation, Eugene Webb, a 26-year-old black male, was identified as the shooter. The suspect is now wanted for manslaughter, a felony of the second degree.
