On December 7, 2018 at approximately 2:00 p.m., Dameian Beal, a 41-year-old black male, was arrested by the Dallas Police Fugitive Unit at his residence at 2106 Village Way for the murder of his father, Price Beal, on August 3, 2018. Damiean Beal was transported to Dallas Police Headquarters, where he declined to speak further with investigators. Damiean Beal was subsequently transported to Lew Sterrett jail and has been charged with murder, a felony of the first degree. His bond will be set by a Dallas County Magistrate.

On August 3, 2018, at about 6:30 p.m., the victim, Price Beal was found deceased inside his apartment.  Detectives would like to speak to Dameian Beal, the victim’s son, regarding his father’s death.  Anyone with information regarding his whereabouts is encouraged to contact Detective Montenegro, #6991 at 214-671-3624 or e.montenegro@dpd.ci.dallas.tx.us.  Please refer to case #170494-2018
