The Dallas Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating critical missing person Oscar Briceno.
Oscar Briceno was last seen on December 26, 2018, at around 2:45 p.m. in the 600 block of 12th St Dallas, TX. Oscar is a Latin male, 5’01” tall, weighs 105 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. Oscar was last seen wearing a white shirt, blue pants, with blue shoes and may be a danger to himself.
