The Dallas Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying a theft suspect.

On August 26, 2018 at about 9:50 p.m., a black male about 25 -35 years of age wearing a “Bob Marley” shirt and black pants entered the 7-11 at Keist Blvd. and Polk St.

At about 9:57 p.m., the suspect purchased a water from the cashier, when the cashier opens the register, the suspect looks over the counter, pays and then continues to shop.

At about 9:58 p.m., the suspect returns with an item to purchase, when the cashier opens the register, the suspect leans over the register and begins grabbing cash from the register.
