The Dallas Police Department would like to make the community aware of the suspicious person pictured below. This person is described as a White male, stocky build, with blue eyes. He has been observed wearing a navy blue hooded sweatshirt, a camouflaged face mask, blue jeans, black gloves, and brown work boots.
There are two separate incidents that have occurred in the Northeast area of Dallas that are alarming to members of that community. On January 15, 2019, at around 12:00 p.m., the individual knocked on a door in the area of Koko Head Circle and Easton Road. The second incident occurred on January 18, 2019 at 10:25 a.m., where the individual knocked on the door in the area of Groveland Drive and Tavaros Avenue. On both of these incidents, a female resident answered the door and spoke to the individual who made disturbing comments. Although no actual offense has been committed thus far, this individual’s actions are upsetting and should not be taken lightly. If you see this individual walking about call 911.
The Dallas Police Department would like to remind everyone to be vigilant when answering your door. Always check your peephole or look out your window before opening the door. If someone is knocking on your door and their presence makes you extremely uncomfortable, do not open the door. If they do not leave, call 911 immediately.
