On January 22, 2019 at approximately 12:00 p.m., the suspect, a Latin male in his 20’s with a mustache and glasses, was dropped off by a white SUV type vehicle believed to be a Kia Sportage. The suspect , who is captured on camera in the second porch, ran to two different porches steeling packages. These offenses occurred in the Northwest part of Dallas.
