The Dallas Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating a critical missing person, Chelsea Campbell.

Chelsea Campbell was last seen February 1, 2019 at about 5:00 a.m., she was last seen driving in a black Chrysler with an unknown vehicle license plate at this time, in the 2200 block of Winsted Drive.  Chelsea is described as a 23-year-old, White female with Dirty Blonde hair and brown eyes.  She is 5’3” tall and weighs 120 pounds. Ms. Campbell clothing description is unknown.  Chelsea could possibly be a danger to herself.
