The Dallas Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating the below individual. On February 14, 2019 at about 12:00 AM, Mr. Williams was last seen in the 2600 block of Burger Avenue. Mr. Williams was seen in an electric wheelchair and may be in need of assistance. Mr. Williams is described as a Black male, 84 years old, 5’3″, 130 lbs, brown eyes, grey beard, and bald. Persons with information are asked to call the Police Department at 911 or (214) 671-4268.
