The Dallas Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating the below individual. On February 21, 2019 at about 7:00 PM Mr. Morris  was last seen in the 2400 block of Bickets Street. Mr. Morris left on foot and may be confused and need of assistance.

Mr. Morris is described as a Black male, 84 years old, 6’2”, 175 lbs, with brown eyes and white hair. He was last seen wearing a black trench coat, orange shirt, blue jeans, and white shoes.
