Arrest Made In Capital Murder

On February 24, 2019, at approximately 1:10 p.m., Dallas police responded to a call regarding an abandoned vehicle in the 2800 block of Frost Avenue.  Upon inspection of the vehicle, an unidentified Black male and unidentified Black female were discovered inside.  They were both deceased and sustained injuries that were consistent with homicidal violence.  Through the course of the investigation, detectives interviewed Kris Askew, a Black male 46-years-old.  During the interview, he admitted his involvement in this crime.  He was arrested, placed in jail and charged with capital murder.  His bond will be set by the magistrate.
