The Dallas Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating the above individual.

On March 04, 2019 around 2:00 p.m., Mr. Newbury was last seen in the 9100 block of La Prada Drive in his White Toyota Avalon with Texas license plate # DZD0398. Mr. Newbury is described as a 76-year-old W/M, 5’09” tall, 180 pounds, with white hair, brown eyes, suffers from dementia, and may be in need of assistance. Mr. Newbury was last seen wearing a purple shirt, red jacket, black pants, gray shoes and may be lost and seem disoriented.
