The Dallas Police Department is asking for the Public’s assistance in locating Mr. Phillip Steely.

On March 4, 2019, at approximately 11:30 a.m., Mr. Phillip Steely was last seen leaving the 11400 block of N. Central Expressway, Dallas, TX in a 2012 White Kia Sorrento with Texas license plates: BBL2794. Phillip is a 68-year-old White male, he is standing at 6’0″, weighs 200 lbs., has grey hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a brown coat, tan pants, and glasses. Mr. Steely has dementia and may be confused and in need of assistance.
