On Wednesday, March 20, 2019, approximately 3:08 a.m., Dallas police responded to a shooting call at 3131 Norwalk Avenue regarding an unidentified victim, a Latin male, being shot multiple times.  He was found lying on the ground in the middle of the street.  Dallas Fire-Rescue responded and pronounced him deceased at the scene.  No suspects have been identified.
