Arrest Made in Homicide


Dallas police investigated the capital murder of Manuel Anzaldua that occurred on March 14, 2019 at 12111 Audelia Road.  Through the course of the investigation, it was determined that two suspects, Janelius Howard, a Black male 17-years-old and Quinderrius Johnson, a Black male 17-years-old were responsible for Mr. Anzaldua’s death.  They have both been arrested and placed in jail for capital murder.

On Thursday, March 14, 2019, at approximately 2:04 p.m., Dallas police responded to a shooting call at 12111 Audelia Road.  Upon arrival, officers found the victim, Manuel Anzaldua, a 55-year old Latin male, laying on the ground with an apparent gunshot wound to the head near the parking lot.  Dallas Fire-Rescue responded and transported the victim to an area hospital where he died of his injuries.
