On April 7, 2019, at about 2:00 a.m., four unknown male suspects were in a black four-door sedan at 5200 S. Lamar Street, when a male shooter fired multiple rounds into a crowd leaving a prom after party. Two victims were walking to their vehicle when they were struck by gunfire. The suspect is described as A Black male, thin/athletic build, armed with a small handgun in a  black 4 door BMW.
