UPDATE 4/27/2019 @ 5pm:  Critical Missing Person Patricio Soto has been located and is safe.

The Dallas Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating Critical Missing Person Patricio Soto.  On April 27, 2019, at about 2:20 AM, Mr. Soto was last seen in the 700 block of Elwayne Avenue.  He was driving a maroon Land Rover with paper license tags. Mr. Soto may be a danger to himself or others.  He is described as follows:

R/S/AGE: W/M/23 

Height: 6’1” Weight: 250

Hair: BLACK Eyes: BROWN

Last Seen Wearing: BLACK SHIRT, BLUE JEANS
