On May 30, 2019, at approximately 11:55 p.m., Dallas Police responded to 3011 Park Row Avenue, Eban Village apartments, in regards to a shooting. During the course of the investigation, it was determined that the victim, Michael Rodriguez, a 17-year-old Latin male, was shot while sitting in his vehicle at the location. The victim was taken to an area hospital by private conveyance, where he was pronounced deceased.
