UPDATE 6/11/2019 AT 3:00 P.M. – Mr. Roa has been located and is safe.

The Dallas Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating Critical Missing Person Joshua Roa.  On June 11, 2019, at 9:30 a.m., Mr. Roa was last seen on foot in the 1000 block of Mr. Auburn Avenue.  He may be a danger to himself and others.

Mr. Roa is described as a Latin male 30 years old with brown hair and brown eyes.  He is approximately 5’09” in height and weighs about 120 pounds.  Mr. Roa was last seen wearing a blue Dallas Cowboys shirt, gray and black cut off denim shorts, and black and red Adidas slides.  He also has a Dallas tattoo on his neck.
