The Dallas Police Department is asking for the Public’s assistance regarding a sexual assault.

On June 21, 2019, at 2:23 a.m., a female was near the 2500 block of McKinney Avenue, when she was approached on foot by a Hispanic male, unknown age, wearing dark colored clothing, with rubber work style boots. The male, further described as approximately 5’10, 160-180 lbs, dark black hair that was combed back. The male approached the female, forced her to the ground and assaulted her. The female resisted the suspect by screaming and fighting. The suspect fled northbound on Routh Street from McKinney Avenue.

Citizens should be alert for any persons within the vicinity of this reported offense that match this description and appear to be suspicious, and to contact the Dallas Police Department to report those suspicious persons.
