On June 22, 2019, at about 2:45 a.m., Kelsey Young shot and killed the victim and a stray bullet subsequently struck another victim, who was transported to the hospital and treated for a gunshot wound. Suspect Young is described as a B/M/17, 5’09” tall, weighs 171 pounds and is wanted for Capital Murder on warrant #F1976039 and Aggravated Assault warrant #F1976040.
